As a mom to three and former fitness instructor, multi-tasking in fast-paced environments comes naturally to Courtney. Having lived in three countries and six homes, she's experienced diverse design styles and cultures. Her calm, collected nature keeps the team organized and prepared for weekly challenges.

Katia is the Vision of Vision & Hammer. After graduating from SMU with a degree in psychology, she worked as a personal chef, running a successful catering and luxury meal-delivery service for six years. She believes cooking is a lot like organizing and designing a home—just a few of the right ingredients produce a beautiful result.

With her keen eye for blending function and aesthetic, Becca is a huge asset to the organizing team. Originally from San Antonio, she's moved eight times since 2013 and is a mother of two boys. She loves organizing both professionally and as a hobby in her spare time.

Jackie, our resident queen of Container Store errands, is a strong member of the V&H organizing team with a shared passion for creating clutter-free spaces. A proud mother with a son in the military, she loves spending time with her grandkids. When not organizing, Jackie manages estate sales and car auctions.

With a degree in Apparel & Textiles, Rachel translated her eye for detail into interior design. Having worked for Seventeen Magazine, she naturally keeps up with trends in high-energy environments. As a mom to two boys, she prioritizes designing with beautiful yet functional purpose.

Combining a degree in Communication with a rich background in hospitality, Matty brings a people-centered approach to every project. A true Midwesterner who loves diving into home projects and spending time hosting family and friends, he thrives on creating warm and welcoming spaces. Matty loves the opportunity to turn a house into a functional, beautiful home—shaping environments that are tailored to the unique way each client lives and thrives.

Originally from Monterrey, Mexico, Sarahy has called Houston home for 12 years. With a friendly, hands-on approach, she enjoys turning cluttered areas into calm, functional spaces tailored to each client. As a mother of three, she understands the importance of organization in a busy home and loves helping families make everyday life feel easier.

Fiona brings a lifelong love of creative fields to her work as an Organizer at Vision & Hammer with a background spanning fashion merchandising (a TCU grad!), buying for Harrods in London and co-owning a hair salon with her mom in Houston.  She believes a clear, organized home is the foundation for a calmer, more joyful life and loves helping clients build systems that actually fit how they live.  When she's not organizing you'll find her chasing new stamps in her passport (she hit her goal of 41 countries by her 41st birthday!) or cheering on her favorite sports teams.
